This year’s World Golf Fitness Summit will be the second gathering of the top strength and conditioning experts for golf in the world. This unique four day summit will cover topics such as understanding injury inducing golf biomechanics, testing for physical limitations that affect performance, mental development of players, power and speed development, and exercise progressions for developing posture, stability, mobility, and coordination.
Ostrow said about speaking at the conference“We are proud to be a part of the World Golf Fitness Summit II. We hope that our research on the pelvic girdle asymmetries and its affects on the golf swing will give the attendees a better understanding how the body’s limitations can affect the swing. It is our goal as a company to continue to educate golfers on these imbalances and to help them become more consistent, gain distance, and play pain free.”
